CATS NETBALL MIDDLE EAST – JUNIOR NETBALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Cats Netball Middle East, we aim to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where young players can learn, grow, and enjoy netball. These Terms and Conditions help everyone understand how we work together to make that happen.

- Trial registrations do not guarantee placement in a team.
- The Club reserves the right to accept or decline registrations to ensure a positive and safe experience for all players.
- By registering a participant, the Parent/Guardian confirms that they are the legal parent or guardian of the participant and have full authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions on the participant’s behalf.

4. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WELLBEING
- Participants should be medically fit to take part in netball activities.
- Parents/Guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries during registration.
- If a participant becomes injured or unwell, the Club will make every reasonable effort to contact the Parent/Guardian. If contact cannot be made, Parents/Guardians authorise the Club to arrange emergency medical treatment if required.
- Any medical or related costs remain the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian.
5. ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
- Parents/Guardians understand that netball is a physical sport, and that participation involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or accident during training, matches, trials, travel, or Club events.
- By registering a participant, Parents/Guardians voluntarily agree to their child taking part in all Cats Netball Middle East activities and accept these risks.
- To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Parents/Guardians waive, release, and discharge Cats Netball Middle East, its directors, coaches, officials, volunteers, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained in connection with Club activities.

- Regular attendance and punctuality help players get the most out of the program.
- Team selection, positions, and court time are determined by coaches and may change throughout the season. While we aim to be fair and inclusive, equal court time cannot always be guaranteed, particularly in competitive matches.
